Studio 49 LLC is a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of California (“Studio 49”, “we”, “us”).

2. Scope

These terms cover this website and the apps Studio 49 publishes, except where an app ships its own terms.

3. Purchases and refunds

Apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Purchases, subscriptions, billing and refunds are handled by those stores under their own terms, not by Studio 49. Refund requests go to the store you purchased from.

Where an app is offered free of charge, no payment terms apply to it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use this website to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to send automated bulk messages through the contact form.

5. No warranty

The website and the apps are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

6. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be posted here with a new updated date.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
