Privacy Policy

Last updated August 1, 2026

This policy covers studio49.dev, the website. Each app Studio 49 publishes has its own privacy policy, linked from that app’s page, because what an app does with data has nothing to do with what this website does.

What this website collects

Nothing, until you send us a message.

There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no cookies. The site is a set of static files. It does not set a cookie, and it has no server-side session to attach one to.

Fonts and third-party requests

Every font, stylesheet and image on this site is served from studio49.dev itself. Nothing is loaded from a content delivery network, a font host or an analytics provider, so no third party sees your visit.

There is exactly one exception. Pages carrying the contact form — /contact and each app’s support page — load Cloudflare Turnstile, which is what stops the form being used to send bulk mail. Turnstile runs in your browser and receives your IP address and basic request headers in the course of deciding whether you are a person. It is used only on those pages, and only for that. Cloudflare’s privacy terms describe what they do with it.

The contact form

When you send a message we receive the name, email address and message you typed, and which app you picked.

That message is delivered to us as email. It is not written to a database and there is no admin screen for it — the site has no storage to put it in. It then lives in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful, alongside every other email. We use your address to reply to you, and for nothing else. We do not add it to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.

The form is sent through Resend, our email provider, and mail to contact@studio49.dev is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing. Both handle the message in transit as any mail provider does.

Server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare keeps the request logs any web host keeps — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, the user agent — for security and abuse prevention. We do not analyse them, build profiles from them, or connect them to anything else.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@studio49.dev. Since what we hold is the email you sent us, honouring a deletion request means deleting that email.

Depending on where you live you may have stronger statutory rights — for California residents, under the CCPA/CPRA. We will honour those requests. We do not sell or share personal information, and never have.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

Material changes will be posted here with a new updated date.
